What pitcher won 3 consecutive triple crowns?
Bob Gibson St. Lious Cardnals
Reply:Sandy Koufax
Reply:There has never been a pitcher that won the Major League Triple Crown in 3 consecutive years. Only two have won back to back titles, Lefty Grove (1930 %26amp; 1931) and Sandy Koufax (1965 %26amp; 1966).

Now, if you only care about one league and not all of baseball then Grover Alexander won 3 consecutive Triple Crowns in the National League from 1915 - 1917. But, personally I wouldn't count it. He won the Major League Triple Crown in both 1915 and 1917, but in 1916 he only won the National Leage Triple Crown. Walter Johnson, pitching for the Washington Senators in the American League that year, finished the season with 228 K's. That broke up Alexander's bid for the Major League Triple Crown that year, he finshed with only 167 K's.

So like I said no one has ever won the Major League Triple Crown in 3 consecutive years, but I guess you could count Grover Alexander if you're willing to count the fact that it was just the National League Triple Crown for 3 consecutive years.

And just as a point of interest Sandy Koufax came remarkably close to winning the Major League Triple Crown 4 years in a row. He won it in 1963, 1965, and 1966. In 1964 he won the ERA title, and he only needed 3 more wins to pass Jaun Marichal, and only 28 more K's to pass Bob Veale. Had he gotten those 3 wins and 28 K's that year he would have won the Crown 4 years in a row. Wow.

Here's a quick list of the Triple Crown winners (ptiching and hitting for both the AL and NL as well as the Major League champs).
