white crowns are two type, ceramic %26amp; acrylic. The acrylic is temporary, its placed before placing the permanent ceramic crown. The other types are gold %26amp; nickel chrome which are out dated but still used in developing countries. Ceramic crowns are not covered .
Reply:Crowns are made of porcelin. Two kinds... porcelin fused to metal or porcelin fused to gold.
Reply:Porcelain and no it is not covered under the NHS for you, you will have to pay out of pocket for this
